All Products: Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order within 2 days of opening and contact us immediately at info@modernlocke.com or 817-647-7960 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
The Broadmoor Box Purchases
Due to the exclusive, limited-quantity nature of our gift boxes, all sales of The Broadmoor Box are final. Therefore, returns and refunds are not available.
However, if any product in your box arrives damaged please submit a photograph and explanation of the damage within 2 days of opening to info@modernlocke.com and we will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible. Please include your order number in the email.
Return and/or Refund Eligibility:
- Purchased within the last 14 days.
- Original product packaging and tags are still intact on the product.
- Undamaged packaging and unused product. Any product with a "seal" that has been broken is not eligible.
- Claimed issue or blemish is beyond the expected irregularities and differences that naturally occur with hand-crafted and/or custom products.
- This store makes every effort to disclose in product listings any known aspects of a product that may have variability in it's characteristics.
- Products with imperfections that are not viewable during normal use of the product and/or non-structural in nature are not eligible.
- We require a photo submission of the product issue or condition before providing return shipping or return request approval.
- Our team will make up to 3 attempts over a maximum 2 week period to communicate with you about eligible Returns, Refunds or Exchanges via email and/or phone information provided. If we are unable to hear from you during that time then the store will consider the transaction completed.
- Returning an item, for any reason, is at your own risk until our team has received and/or inspected it. This means if the stores receives your return in a damaged or imperfect condition, for any reason, then your order may be ineligible for refund. Products shall be protected and packed as safely or better than the products were shipped by our store. The cost to ship any unwanted items back to the store is at the cost of the customer. Refunds may not be processed until after we have received the item(s). Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery for returned products to be inspected.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item was shipped incorrectly by the store, broken or defective.
