You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Proof of purchase and order number are required for pick-up.

Due to the exclusive limited-quantity, curated nature of our boxes, all sales of The Broadmoor Box are final. Therefore, returns and refunds are not available.
However, if any product in your box arrives damaged please submit a photograph and explanation of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to info@modernlocke.com and we will do our best to make things right. Please include your order number and delivery date in the email.Â

Applicable codes should be reactivated following the completion of a sale event.
